Get Weird with Secret Chicago Trivia at the Native
Think you know Chicago? Join us at the Native in Logan Square for an afternoon of weird Chicago trivia with me and trivia host extraordinaire Alex Maggard from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, June 23.
Secret Chicago details 90 unique and unusual places around Chicago, like a grave in a junkyard and a pool under the Loop. Come test your knowledge, get a book signed, and learn about some of Chicago’s most obscure surprises! Bring a team or play solo!
Secret Chicago will be available for purchase at the event, and I’ll be signing copies. It might just help you win some of these AMAZING prizes from places featured in the book! Trivia prizes include:
- Two $25 gift cards to American Science & Surplus
- Leather Archives and Museum admission
- Blues Heaven Foundation T-shirt and tour passes for two

Celebrate Female Artists at The Martin
After trivia, join us at The Martin‘s launch party on Saturday, June 23 from 8 – 10 p.m. The Martin is a flexible events and performance space located in Chicago’s West Town district. I’m so inspired by founders Whitney Currier and Lora Miller, and can’t wait to see the space they’ve created for your ideas to land.
I’m thrilled to be selling and signing books all night. The party also features a lineup of rad, female artists like Sarah E. Sears, Vivian Le, Michelle Wanhala, and Eugenia Ayo. Join us for all female artists, all local booze, and two lady bosses ready to share their new home with you. Bring your party hat!
Secret Chicago Summer Fun
